Beautiful new spacious Apartment for 3 or 4 persons 34 meters in Parikia near Livadia Beach 300 meters, Features with dining area, with very nice view from your Large Prive balcony, where can you sit and enjoy your, coffee and your drink.
This spacious bright air-conditioned one bedroom apartment is without a kitchen and without a dining table.
The room does not provide cooking utensils, as cooking is not allowed, but it does provide knives, forks, spoons, plates.and cooking is not allowed. It has a private terrace, 32" LED TV and hairdryer. The small washing machine (4kg) is with extra fee. Room cleaning and change of towels and sheets are not provided daily. They are provided every three days free of charge.
Beach towels are provided upon with a small extra fee.
It is on the first floor, in the building, close to that you need with your feet, the center, the best sandy beach, within walking distance, guests can reach many Bars,Restaurants, Banks,Supermarket,Buses, port.
The apartment is ideal for family or friends and large groups, situated in a quiet area within walking distance of the old town.
Internet Free! WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
