Villa Anemos I is a truly unique villa, built according to Greek Cycladic architecture, with particular and minimal style of decoration. Its prime location benefits of the walking distance from the sea (about 300 m) and the close proximity to the vivid center of Parikia which is known for shopping, dinner and drinks. The villa can accommodate up to 5 guests, giving them also the opportunity to relax outdoors, while watching the ships passing silently across the deep blue Aegean Sea. It is undeniably the perfect choice for families or small group of friends!

As far as the layout of the villa is concerned, on the ground floor, there is a large living area decorated with minimal furniture, white marble, fresh light tones and sea view. On this level, there is also one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area is only a few steps lower.

On the loft area, there is an open plan bedroom with one spacious double bed and one extra single bed. The double bed can be converted into twin.

The outdoor areas consist of two pergola shaded dining/sitting areas and a large garden with herbs and local flowers, completely harmonized with the island’s landscape. Villa Anemos I enjoys both sunset and panoramic sea views, offering you in this way the ultimate holiday experience! Specifically, as the night comes, the villa s outdoor area turns to majestic scenery; the warm sunset hues blend with the natural landscape and the sun dips into the sea. There is nothing better than ending your day relaxing in our outside sitting area and watching the beautiful sunset!

Anemos Villas Complex consists of 4 villas in a plot of 11.000sq.m. Each villa has distinct distance from the other villa, offering in this way the perfect privacy!
