This stunning new Villa is perfect for groups of all sizes and overlooks the beautiful bay of Parikia.

You have a 4 bedroom villa and then a separate guest house on the grounds all overlooking a beautiful, private, swimming pool with views of the mountains with a wrap around balcony.

The guest house can sleep up to 2 guests on a cosy double bed and has a kitchenette for use and bathroom meaning you can be separated from the house if you want some alone time.

The Villa itself has a large master bedroom with a king bed surrounded with ample storage and a closing door to an En-Suite and stunning view from the balcony, the second bedroom has a double bed again with plenty of storage for you to use and lovely views over the pool and out over the mountains.
the third bedroom has another double bed and cupboards and lovely french doors that open out onto the balcony and an En-Suite bathroom for your use. The final room within the house is the Traditional room that comes complete with its own lounge and dining table, the sofa turns into a bed if needed and you also have a double bed
in the bedroom.

The Villa has seating for 12 guests at the dining tables either in the Traditional room, the Dining room or even outside making this a perfect place to make your al fresco meals and enjoy them in the Greek sunshine. You have a fully equipped kitchen as well having a Cooker, Fridge, Freezer. Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Kettle, Dishwasher and a Washing Machine as well as pots and pans and kitchenware for all guests.

There is air conditioning all around the villa as well as WiFi meaning you can keep everyone happy.

The garden has a stunning pool as well as a lovely grassed area to be enjoyed as well as private sunloungers so you can perfect that tan. If the private garden is not to your style the local beach, restaurants and bars are only 1km away. We do recommend that you hire a car to explore the beautiful island to its full potential 

The property also has private parking for you to use and a local contact if you wish to book any local excursions or trips.

Maid Service is included daily and new Towels and Linen will be supplied every 3 days

Fantastic accommodation for group

Absolutely loved this property. So much space and great outdoor pool and seating areas. You do need a car or scooter but walk is still doable. Property is kept spotless while you stay. We all loved it!!

Hospitality at its FINEST!

Nikkos should give lessons for other vrbo host on what hospitality is about. He provided us with ample information about Paros, recommended places to visit, eat and helped prepare for my vow renewal. We hosted 19 people at the villa for dinner which was catered an amazing chef and his team! The menu consisted of a grilled octopus ( made to perfection), shrimp on skewers with AMAZING dipping sauce, avocado zucchini salad (DELICIOUS), grilled croaker, and other amazing dishes. I can not say enough of this experience that was remarkable due to Nikkos's investment in being an amazing g host. I recommend anyone looking to visit Paros to book their stay at Villa Callista, you will not be disappointed! Euridiss

Perfect with a little more additions

Loved the property, if you are a large group there is ample space for it not to feel crowded. Its located in a quiet area and well maintained. Only thing missing are the little things which are easily fixed (and should be there given the cost) i.e no pantry items (salt, oil, foil etc), a small welcome pack (wine, olive oil, some local delights) and more serving/eating bowls/platters/plates as there really isnt enough for 12 people. Minor amends that would make this place feel even more special than it is. Overall however, highly recommend a stay.

Quintessential Greek Island Stay

Amazing property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home has a sleek open contemporary feel married with the original sections of the home. The kitchen has the tools needed to cook a great meal including a great firewood oven for grilling fresh fish. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to town, and when you need a car to see the island the owners have a company that will pick up and deliver the cars at the Villa.

Un petit paradis sur une île magnifique.

La villa Callista est une grande maison, avec un grand jardin herboré, des arbres et de l'ombre par endroits. Dans ce jardin il y a une grande piscine où nous avons pu, parents et enfants nous baigner, nager, jouer au ballon. La maison est très agréable car elle comporte différentes pièces qui restent fraîches malgré la chaleur, équipées de canapés, et tables basses, et aussi cinq belles chambres auxquelles s'ajoute une dépendance à coté de la maison avec un grand lit et également un canapé. Le matin au réveil les enfants pouvaient jouer dans la piscine, et certains parents continuer à dormir sans problème. Chaque matin une femme de ménage était là à 8h pour refaire les lits, changer les serviettes de toilette, nettoyer la cuisine et la salle à manger, mais aussi balayer les allées du jardin et nettoyer la piscine.

Très belle maison, situation très agréable au dessus de la ville, accessible à pied. Une belle vue sur la baie et au calme. Très bon accueil et une personne chargée du ménage , discrète et efficace. Cette location a tenu ses promesses..

Die Villa Callista liegt oberhalb der Hafenstadt Parikia. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig. Die Villa Callista ist ein Traum. Wir waren acht Personen. Die Räumlichkeiten der Villa sind sehr großzügig. der Ausenbereich hat mehrere Möglichkeiten um bequem zu sitzen und essen. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Der Service ist perfekt. Ein großer Grill ist forhanden. Villa Callista ist eine 1a Empfehlung
