Clean hotel, friendly staff

However, people outside of their room on the main floor and smoking was unpleasant, especially when smoking dope. It should be made clear to people that they need to smoke away from the building. Also my room, 214, although very clean, needs a new bathtub. It was pretty gross to see the mark in the bottom and I didnt want to use it.

A decent breakfast was included, the hotel was clean and was just minutes from the harbor with numerous dining options and great views.
