In addition, just 5 km away is the port from which you can take a boat to visit the islands of Lake Trasimeno.
The town offers all the main amenities: bars, restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy, ATMs, and a small playground. Just 2 km away is a beautiful swimming pool nestled in a pine forest, perfect for enjoying the hottest days of summer.
The highlight of our property is the furnished balcony, perfect for enjoying meals and aperitifs, which offers a stunning view of Lake Trasimeno.
The 85 m² property features a spacious dining room where 4 people can eat comfortably, a kitchenette equipped with 5 burners, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a large refrigerator and freezer, and all the necessary equipment (plates, pots, dishes, glasses, and much, much more)
There are two comfortable and spacious double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, bidet, shower, and washing machine. There is heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer. The second bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, and a bathtub where you can enjoy long, relaxing soaks. Finally, from the garden, you can enjoy the view of the village and relax in the cool air on warm summer nights in the hammock or on the two armchairs.
