Bidet didn’t work in one of my rooms but they swapped me to a new room and were very nice about it.

I am not happy with my Novotel hotel booking because I booked a room with private pool, which is a room located on another island 30 minutes from the main hotel. The staff asked me to pay an extra 40 $ for this transfer. Also because it wasn't refundable, the booking they offered me for junior suite was nice but not what I chose and what I paid for. I am not a happy customer.

Hotel rooms were modern, clean & great sea view. Staff were friendly & accommodating. Location was a bit far & not much amenities like shopping nearby. Overall was satisfactory.

Big spacious and clean room, comfortable for 1-2 people. The pool is small. Only for family and children.
OK for 1-2 nights.
There is no shopping malls nearby. But it's away from the busy Pattaya area which is good.

Friendly helpful staff — only had 1 hot shower over four days- I mentioned to staff on first day !
On departure I approached front desk for discount as hot shower I thought I’d let part of any hotel facility! they weren’t interested in any form of discount.
Disappointing - also not really a beach type prospective- eg infinatey pool - out to sea - as portrayed in promotional photos….

The staff are all lovely with fluent English ability. They are very helpful. The hotel is in a very good location next to the beach and the night market.
