We stay here every year. The staff is always friendly, the rooms clean, the beds really comfortable and the breakfast is always excellent. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The rooms were okay not the cleanest though.Bavk door handle loose and curtains were pretty dirty not well kept

It sounded like an air compressor was on during the evening hours but not for sure. At any rate, Had to contact the front desk three separate times before the noise stopped. The noise lasted most of what should have been a relaxing evening/night prior to going to work the next morning. I am in town until Christmas and I Will definitely not be staying here again.

Room was perfect for a little get away for my husband and I. We had the king luxury suite and it was nice! The spa tub was wonderful. Only complaint was the electric fireplace was a little disappointing, and barely worked, but over all it was nice.

I always stay here when I am in Payson. A nice restaurant is next door and two convenience stores are also very close. A Starbucks, a good Mexican restaurant and a sports bar and grill are walkable. Two supermarkets are also just down the street.

Fireplace was replaced with a cheap plug in fireplace that sat in the old opening. Plug goes out to wall with a wall plug that had no outlet cover on it. Water pressure and temperature was bad at times. Morning time, seemed to be horrible with water pressure and availability of hot water. All facets would only trickle hot water for periods of time.

Beautiful property. Just wish they had real gas or wood burning fireplaces, but the electric fireplace ambience was still a nice touch.
