This condo features breathtaking Gulf Front Views and views of the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Balcony does have an electric grill for your use.

Guests have full access to the Resort and its amenities. Complimentary use of the fitness center, 5 Hydro Clay Tennis Courts, Beaches on Gulf of Mexico and on the Santa Rosa Sound.

Probably the most beautiful unit I’ve rented with all the updates at Portofino

Probably the most beautiful unit I’ve rented with all the updates at Portofino! I have one complaint however that is the TV in the den area could not get any of the main channels. I called Maintenance and they sent someone up and they could not get it going either. So it was uncomfortable to have to watch TV in the bedroom Whenever I was in the unit.

Nice Resort

The listing and photos were accurate. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but none that seriously impacted my stay. Beautiful beach view. More of a hotel feel versus vacation home so pack all of the little comfort items. Would entertain staying again.

Paradise out of town

The property was beautiful & Donta was a great representation of the service at check in. The property was beautiful & well kept & every interaction with staff was warm & pleasant. The washer & dryer could use attention- my clothes came out of the washer with detergent residue still present...and the dryer took several resets before clothes were dry. All the same, not necessarily a complaint as it DID do its job. The one complaint is the lack of transportation on the beach. Tram offered within the property, but not beyond. Considering the restaurant had typical hotel fair, we wanted to branch out to other restaurants & bars. There is no options for uber's or Lyft's on the beach- merely a local offering a transport shuttle (who seemed intoxicated). For a resort that isn't walking distance to shopping or restaurants, I was shocked that they didn't offer a shuttle the 4 miles it takes to get to other amenities. We are firm believers that even after one drink, you shouldn't drive & ended up in a car with a clearly intoxicated man. I would have preferred to pay a resort shuttle to safely deliver my family rather than getting in the car with an intoxicated stranger. All in all, great experience. Just wish transportation had been addressed.
