Welcome to Island View Home! Three-bedroom, three-bath home. Pet-friendly, beautiful views of Santa Rosa Sound from wraparound back deck. Sleeps 10 with king in master; queen, two twin over full bunk beds. It also offers a twin roll-away bed for extra sleeping.

At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout the house in every room. Enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast in the newly-retiled sun room just off the kitchen with lovely sound views, then cocktails and dinner at the end of the day on the over-sized deck - gas barbecue grill provided.

Owner has thoughtfully provided three kayaks (with life preservers) for guests' use - enjoy a serene kayak adventure on Santa Rosa Sound. Kayaks and several bikes are for guest use - bicycles are all adult sized, there are four of them - 2 are male, 1 that is male/female - no child size bikes. Take advantage of the bike path running the length of Pensacola Beach. This Island View Home is just a few blocks from the beach. Call a Vacation Specialist today!

Family Beach Get Away!

We really loved the house. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved the location because it gave us several options for entertainment. If we wanted to hang out in Santa Rosa sound without the waves and kayak or fish we could. If we wanted to head to the beach for the day we could. It came with everything we needed: beach chairs, toys, fishing poles, life jackets. It was also just far enough from the business, yet close enough to run up the street to eat and/or shop. Would recommend this place and for a family!

Good for the price

Close to the beach right on the main road. Wish we knew ahead of time that the room with the bunkbeds was on a separate floor. Not ideal when you have small children staying with you. House had everything you needed from cooking utensils to bikes, sand toys and kayaks.

Great Getaway

Very nice, new and welcoming! Entire process very easy. Great view of sunsets and sound off back deck. Very convenient to beach and other area attractions. Beach chairs umbrella and bikes as well as kayaks provided. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing time in the house. Beautiful view of the beach. My daughter fell in love with the house immediately 😊. The house has a very cozy feeling plus the view of the sun coming out or going in for the night priceless.

Great vacay, house was descent.

The home was in a nice location being that the sound was right behind us. We enjoyed coffee out back only one morning due to the winds from Hurricane Ian the rest of the week. Nice to sit out back. The ocean was one street over so not a bad walk at all. Kayaks were provided at the home which was so nice! Two of the kids used them out on the sound one evening. VRBO gave me a name for a property manager and I reached out to him a few times with no response. So I called Paradise Beach Homes and dealt with them the rest of the time and they were great! I had read in previous reviews that the appliances were old and weren’t the best. I decided to hand wash the dishes because of this. We only used the stove for cooking and it was alright. The grill was used a few times and it worked well. We brought our small dog and there was some grass out front for him to walk in which was good. If you bring your dog though check for burs on their paws when they come back in. The last thing I will add is that I know FL has water bugs but this house may need to be sprayed again for them. Did not see any until our last night there but we saw quite a few. Overall, the house worked for our families needs for the week.

Family vacation

First time renting this property after looking at several in this area for our yearly family vacation. The property was exactly as described and the property management group was very nice and helpful to deal with. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed to have a great vacation. It was nice not to have to eat out every meal because the kitchen had everything you need to be able to cook a meal. The house is very well located. It is a block away from the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound is pretty much in the backyard. We loved that there were enough bikes for 6 people to ride and 3 kayaks to use, beach chairs, cornhole, grill, and outdoor furniture to enjoy time on the deck both front and back. The kids loved their own space in the lower level. And the adults loved having their own bathrooms in each of the upstairs bedrooms. Our only complaint was the beds. We really hope the property owner changes those soon because they are uncomfortable after long days. Definitely not hotel quality. We would definitely rent the property again if they changed them. Overall the house was perfect for our family vacation because we love the Pensacola Beach area. If you are looking for 5 star hotel quality in a rental house and expecting the Ritz this property is not for you. But if you are looking for a rental that has everything you need but food and your clothes that you can enjoy time at the beach then consider this one but just be mindful that the beds don’t sleep great.

Great location!

We had a great vacation and loved the house, it was perfect location. The Paradise homes staff were VERY friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Lighting hit the house and they immediately replaced and fixed everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Pensacola.

Most expensive vacation

The property was completely run down, dirty , oven did not work , dishwasher did not work very well , door knobs ready to fall off, the decks needs rebuilt wholes in the down stairs wall ,moldy smell down stairs, cockroaches in the bathrooms bedrooms down stairs not little ones , the only tv that worked was the main one in the living room , the beds where old a little lumpy , the bathtub made noises my wife was in disbelief of how bad the place was, and ashamed of the house we rented for 3500.00 dollars while my 94 year old father stayed with us for a week . the most I ever paid for a place. the pictures are very miss leading , I should be refunded my money for a 6 night stay. sorry but it was dump Sincerely Kelly Erin Carl Megan and Molly Clark

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay on the property. It was large enough for friends and family to stay over night and have a family Thanksgiving meal. The view of the sound from the sunroom and back deck was relaxing. We made the short walk to the beach several times during our stay.

Great property!

Fabulous property! Great location, clean, well stocked with bikes and beach toys. Enough room for our family of 4 adults, a teenager and 2 middle-aged kids. You can see the water from the back porch while you sip your mornin cup of Joe. Only drawbacks: 1. Not enough toiletries for 5 days like shampoo, soap, etc 2. Check in is at 5PM and check out is at 10AM. So, not a lot of extra time built into arrival and departure to enjoy. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Disappointed about cleanliness

The location was great with the beach within walking distance behind the house. Plenty of cooking utensils and cooking ware, however some pots were badly warped that it was not usable. As you walk into the front of the house, there were ants from the outside, on the front door, and around the coffee table and floor inside. There were cardboard trash underneath the living room couch that wasn't picked up. Most of the blinds were in dire need of replacement, some were unable to be closed all the way. The master bedroom ceiling light fan did not work, the bathroom drains were clogged that water slowly drained, the sheets had light stain spot on the top and something on the bottom. I slept on top of the covers so to avoid this. The master mattress also needs to be replaced as it was very lopsided and sunk on the left side. Going downstairs, there was a roach by the washer and dryer. All trash containers outside were all full from the previous renter not taking it out on the 2 days as indicated, that we were unable to fully close the lid after we put our trash in. We were prepared with bringing additional towels, toilet paper and trash bags. The only good things that we were happy about were the big TV in living room, getting to ride the bikes, and location was near the public beach.

Beautiful vacation home!!

We loved the house and the area we stayed in. The property was very clean, the only thing that was questionable was the bed skirts were kind of dirty. But you obviously don’t sleep on those. I would definitely stay in this house again. The only issue we had with property management was that they only supplied a house of 12 people 2 trash bags and 3 rolls of toilet paper for an entire week. We were never told before hand that it was something we needed to supply. They were rude when I asked them about it. Overall, the property and location of the property was a perfect place for our family. Also, they had a ton of beach games, bikes and kayaks.

This was an amazing experience staying in this property. The location is conveniently close to the public beach, restaurants, stores,ect. The house was fully equipped to cater to our needs. The view for soundside was gorgeous. Will absolutely visit again.

Perfect beach vacation

We had a wonderful time at this home. I have stayed at 7-8 houses on Pensacola Beach and this was our favorite. Awesome access to the sound with a conservative area right behind the house. Great beach access right across the street. House was stocked with everything you need and the management company was awesome and easy to work with. We had a small issues with the dishwasher which was just user error. They had someone out within minutes to make sure we were taken care of. Would recommend to anyone that’s looking for the perfect getaway!!

Vacation with grandkids

Very happy with this property, took 6 grandkids 13 and up. Only problem would be if you have younger kids since this is on a busy highway and you have to cross the street to beach. Love the decorations!

Great location

Loved the location, one block to the beach and the bay right behind the house. The kayaks were nice though we didn't use them much. I was disappointed that 3 out of 4 bikes didn't work and had to rent two bikes from a bike shop that cost us $150. Even so, I would definitely stay here again.
