Area Attractions:

Visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping dining, live music, swimming or strolling down the boardwalk. The Shell, an iconic Pensacola Beach landmark is at the heart of the boardwalk. Stop by for live music in the summer!

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Pensacola Beach includes two artificial reef systems for snorkeling. Park East is located about 1.4 miles east of Portofino on Pensacola Beach. The reef is located 500 ft. off shore and attracts a wide variety of fish, sea turtles and all kinds of gulf wildlife.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach
hosts an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.

We had a wonderful stay at Villas on the Gulf. Pensacola Beach Properties made it super easy to check in and ask any questions. They respond quickly and do anything they can to make your stay perfect. We are staying with them again this fall!!

Beautifully Decorated

Beautiful condo. The property managers were excellent and helpful. Condo is on second floor and the people under us complained to us that they could hear us walking. They said it sounded like stomping but we were not doing that, just normal getting ready for bed. So I spent the days I had there tip toeing around the condo. Not sure if it doesn’t have enough sound barrier between floors or just a hard to please tenant below us.

So close to the beach!

It was hard to find at dusk when we arrived. Couldnt see building numbers. Other than that it was a perfect experience. Such a shot walk to the beautiful beach. Would recommend highly!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely and quiet property. Easy walk on the property to the beach. The only negatives are no adequate laundry facilities and the floors in the condo needed a good cleaning prior to our arrival. Also the living room rug needed laundering. We found a great laundry facility just minutes from the condo.

Beach vacation

Our beach vacation was amazing! At the time of the booking early in the year, I didn’t realize it was Red, White and Blues Week. We were in for such a treat with an awesome view of the air show on our balcony and also on the beach! The only things I can think of that could improve our stay would be to fix the lighting in the staircase because it was fairly dull, the “whistling” issue around the door on windy nights and the door in general is hard to open and close. We had to have someone from the maintenance department show us how to open it the very first day. It shouldn’t be so difficult each and every time coming and going out of the door. All in all, we would love to return! Everything is beautiful and as seen in the pictures. Great condo!

All good but the whistle :).

The unit was very nice - well maintained and very comfortable. A few issues with traffic - but it was spring break - so that's expected. Only issue we had was the "whistle". It was very windy 3 of our 4 nights, and there was a very pronounced whistle throughout the unit - enough to wake you up at night when the wind gusted. Not sure if it's around the door seals, or up between the ceiling and the roof. But when you open the door it goes away - so could be the door - or opening the door relieved the pressure. Still a great place to stay. Will definitely be back.

Spring Break Baseball Trip

Perfect location - overlooking the pool with a quick walk to the beach. This condo was updated and very clean, as advertised. Just a short drive to plenty of restaurants and night life. Hope to be back next year.

Perfect location!

The peoperty was comfortable, clean, decorated nicely. Quiet area. We had a little trouble finding it, but we are not familiar with the area. I admit we were not there much since we were with our family who had a house on the beach, but we were very comfortable . Would definitely recommend it to others. Much nicier than a hotel.

Mother-Daughter Beach trip

Our villa was very nice and we had a lovely stay for 8 days. I could tell our villa was all remodeled and professionally decorated! Everything was brand new including the floors and paint. This villa has a great location and easy access to the beach. The outside of the buildings definitely need a facelift but the inside of our unit was clean and beautiful!
