Easy checkin process, different hot breakfast options. Locations was close to our festival that we were going to and the beach area. Lots of shopping and dining options close. I would give 4 stars because the young female housekeepers did not come back to our room even though we informed her we would be leaving for the day in 30 mins. Hopefully they do better and not over look this

The Visit Was Okay

For the most part, my stay was okay. Upon arrival there were no carts available. There were no carts available for 2 days. After carrying all the luggage to the room, the key did not work. I went back to the front desk, to have the key activated, still there was no cart. Also, the bathroom smelled like odors of sewerage were released every so often. The room had an extremely strong scent of puppy dog.

We are very pleased with our stay. The front desk staff was very positive and friendly when we checked in. Room is bigger than what we expected and we have plenty of room. The hotel is very clean and well kept. It’s also a great location and quick drive to the beach. We will definitely be back!!!

All excellent except we had a situation where we were locked out of our room for two hours because the key card did not work and finally discovered that the digital lock itself was not working and maintenance man had to come and change it. We escalated this situation to management but they were so cool about it as if it happens everywhere. Yet cleaning is excellent space and quietness is excellent. Breakfast options are limited so I would just say sufficient
