Firstly, you will be required to enter through a blue double-door private entrance (facing the main street) using a digital smart lock to access the property quickly to come and go. As you enter through the doors, you will be instantly welcomed by the amazing pool/spa area that is fully secured by a glass fence, follow the limestone walkway till you reach another set of double blue doors to access the main entrance to enter the property - these doors also have a digital smart lock.



- As you enter through these doors, you will instantly feel like you are on holidays! Walk through the front foyer and you will see the grand staircase to take you to the first floor.

There is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower, sink & toilet to wash off after a day at the beach or a swim in the pool/spa!



-Bedroom 4 offers a combined bedroom with lounge/study space. This room offers 2x single beds and there is a wardrobe for your clothes and belongings. Opposite the beds is a comfortable lounge area with a modular lounge, wall-mounted smart TV, and a study desk - perfect for the student or business traveler! Another added bonus - enjoy access to your own private courtyard!



- In-between bedrooms 3 & 4 is the recently renovated semi-en-suite offering a toilet, shower, bath, mirror, sink/vanity.



- Bedroom 3 offers a beautiful king bed with a white bedframe, matching white bedside tables with lamps to either side, a triple wardrobe for your belongings and access to the semi-en-suite. This room has a ceiling fan for those warm summer evenings. This bedroom looks out to the front outdoor space where the pool is located.

- To access the first floor, you will need to walk up the grand staircase. On the first floor, you will find the main open-plan living, kitchen, bedrooms 1 and 2, laundry and 2 other renovated bathrooms.



- You will have access to a very convenient laundry offering a benchtop with a sink and cupboard space below, a front loader washing machine and an electric dryer.



- Bedroom 2 offers a beautiful timber bedframe with a comfortable queen bed, matching bedside tables & lamps to either side, plus 2 x double robes for your clothes and personal belongings. - This property has a noise monitoring device that management checks regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately.



- This property has a pool. The pool is serviced by a professional contractor and is carried out every two (2) weeks. You are aware and agree that upon booking this property you may find leaf debris in the pool which is out of our control due to environmental reasons ie: the weather - we cannot control the weather! There is a pool scoop you are welcome to use during your stay to remove any leaf debris! Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the pool servicing to take place so we can keep on to



- This property has regular lawn mowing & gardening which is carried out by a professional contractor every four (4) weeks. Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the lawn mowing/gardening servicing to take place so we can keep on top of this service.



- This property has a staircase to the centre to take you from ground floor to first floor - there is no lift.



- The three (3) garages are NOT FOR GUESTS USE - parking is to the open driveway only!
