Avalon Bay Holiday house is a brick and tile, family home within metres of beautiful Avalon beach and Port Bouvard precinct.

Tastefully decorated with brand new furniture it caters for up to 8 people. Comprising 4 spacious bedrooms; B1 - King Bed, B2 - King Bed, B3 - Queen Bed, B4 - 2 X Single Beds. Two bathrooms each with own bath and double shower.

ALL LINEN PROVIDED IN COST. Just bring your toothbrush.

Fully equipped Kitchen with Brand new European Stainless Steel Gas Hotplate and Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge and Coffee Machine.

Dining with seating for 8.

Family with 80cm LED LCD TV, DVD, reverse cycle aircon and gas heating . Stereo with CD player and new leather sofas.

Second 80cm LED LCD TV, video, DVD in B4/Kid's Wing .

Alfresco Area with Outdoor Seating for 10 and BBQ. Double Lock up Garage. Backyard is fully fenced with lockable side gates. Very quiet and serene location.

LOCATION - Avalon Parade, Port Bouvard, Wannanup, Mandurah.

Port Bouvard is approximately 80km south of Perth ; 8 km south of Mandurah. Beautiful pristine and safe beaches. Fantastic beach fishing anywhere along the beach or jetty fishing at the Dawesville cut. Golfing at the world renowned The Cut Golf Course. Explore the reef at low tide. Lovely Boating and all that Mandurah offers. A perfect place to get away from the crowds.

The house is very close to the Port Bouvard precinct. Port Bouvard Supa Deli for all essentials is a very short stroll. Miami shops incorporating Woolworths, Coles, Miami Bakehouse(Australia's Most Awarded Bakery) , various takeaway outlets and IGA are all within 3 mins by car.

Beautiful Avalon Beach is a 2 min walk including BBQs. toilets and picnic area.

Pets indoors by arrangement. Pets allowed outside during the day and in the laundry or garage in the evening(By arrangement only). No smoking indoors.



Payment in full must be made 14 days before arrival.


LEAVERS OR UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE:
We do allow groups aged under 21 (including leavers) to stay at Avalon Bay Beach House however there are additional conditions including:

* An adult to take responsibility for the group and any damage etc (the adult does not have to stay at the house)
*A full list of all persons staying at the house to be provided with names and addresses
*The security bond is increased to $1000
*No late night parties that will disturb neighbours ( this will result in loss of bond and immediate termination of contract to let house.)
(* We have had leavers for years now and have had some wonderful groups who just want to get away and have a relaxing holiday with friends.)
