For such a large prestigious hotel, the gymnasium is on a shoestring cheap budget items. The pools were filthy not cleaned paper dirt leafs in water did not see it cleaned once The bedroom not having a exhaust fan and everything becoming damp from condensation Only exhaust area was above shower spout which was caked in black and brown mouldy Spurs

Getting very run down great location charge for extra 1 hour after request for 12. O’clock check out after staying 6 nights is a bit stingy !!! Mini bar check did not even knock at door and housekeeping knocking on the door at 9am to service room not ideal on a weekend. Disappointing the pool area was nice

This is the finest hotel among the three we experienced in WA. The staff is amiable, and a special commendation goes to Zoey, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly; her smiles and assistance created a very welcoming atmosphere.
