Located in the heart of South Fremantle is this spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house which is in walking distance from South Beach and the many cafes and restaurants that line South Terrace.
You will quite literally be living the dream with not only the the location but the amazing sprawling backyard that will be perfect after the day spent at the beach, followed by a bbq on the deck. There is much to love about this outdoor space and picturesque garden.
The kitchen is well equipped with gas hot plates and a large oven ready to cook up a storm. The adjacent dining table has a great connection to the kitchen so you can entertain while also attending to meal prep. The living room is a great place to unwind and watch some telly after a long day with two ample sofas to put your feet up on.
The 3 bedrooms all have a spacious feel to them, with a home away from home comfort feeling, suitable for a variety of guests with two queen beds and two single beds. For extra comfort and temperature control the house comes equipped with a split system ducted air con, perfect for those extra balmy nights you will be ensured of a good nights rest!
`Please note that the garage is not available for guest use, but there is convenient driveway parking available that can fit 2 cars normally.
