Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever been in. Felt like a 5 yr old as there was a plastic sheet under the blankets. Not that there was a view, but the windows were filthy. All doors were chipped. One lift working and only came to our floor after going to all other floors first. Breakfast was poor. Have stayed here before and never had this

Rooms were clean but very dated compared to photos
Pool was terrible - 1.6m whole way so couldn’t stand in it and wasn’t appropriate for children. Broken tiles and wood around it - OHS hazard
Breakfast buffet expensive and TERRIBLe. Eggs tasted like powder and bacon wasn’t cooked. Terrible choice of cereal and only have x1 jam for toast.
In good location.
