Great location close to Freo City centre, very clean and everything you need close by - supermarket, restaurants, massage and beauty, secure parking for your vehicle too - loved it and will be back !!

staff were friendly, I couldn’t arrive at the property before 4pm and they advised the necessary steps to check in after hours without hesitation. Room had more amenities/facilities than expected. Great location. Easy access and parking although was limited in the basement there was plenty outside

There was a very bad "cat urine-like" smell in the room. I requested a change of room to the manager, who agreed that the terrible, pungent smell (which wouldn't go away with the full air-con power) must have been coming from a damp part of the carpet. Since they said they couldn't move me to another room, I had to stay in that smelly room for two nights. I paid nearly $600 for 2 nights, and they refunded only one-third of the payment for my ordeal. They should fully refund me, and I am unsure if it is legal to put a guest in this kind of room from a health and safety perspective. The hotel management and Australian hotel & tourism regulatory bodies should look into these kinds of issues.

Nice clean room. Front desk isn’t staffed most of the time, but usually isn’t a problem. Nice grocery store across the parking lot. Location is a bit remote for tourists.
