Certainly not on my go back to list. No reception staff at 2:00pm. The room allocated after retrieving key from locker, stunk of wet carpet which was confirmed after entry. This smell was present all night. Bathroom door unable to close due to wood swollen by moisture. Entrance door seal possibly non existant as light comes through.

The fridge had not been cleaned, there was a congealed spill on one shelf. There were several small cockroaches in my room. There is an uneven paver on the patio are outside my room (room 1) which caused me to have a fall. Luckily I landed mostly on the grass, but falls are not ideal for older persons.

Great spot near North Beach. Older hotel that looks like it is in process of updating rooms. Clean room and friendly staff. Suggest booking a Terrace or Balcony Room with ocean view (rather than a 'triple with kitchenette) so you can enjoy the fresh air and views with privacy.

The location is perfect for beach goers and walkers. Great dining options within walking distance. Rooms were clean just outdated as it is an old motel. I was happy with my stay of two comfortable nights.

Ok stay for 1-2 people only. Small rooms with tight parking. Location near beach is nice. Stayed in room 14 and it was terrible with all the foot traffic(noisy steel stairs the only entrance/exit for the 2nd storey) right over our room. Room 14 also is at the motels main entrance driveway, so cars headlights coming and going where right on our room. Other rooms may be better but if booking avoid room 14.

The view was spectacular, but due many residents smoking on their balconies and terraces, the view had to mostly be enjoyed from inside the room with the door closed. The room was very clean and the staff were nice. If you are a non-smoker though, I would not recommend to stay here.
