Excellent location 100m from Kings Park and easy access to the city centre. Rooms reasonably well equipped but a little dated / tired. Nice restaurant / cafe bar as part of establishment. Area very quiet; noise from room above (kids we think) but we don’t blame the hotel for that. Settled down as evenings progressed.

Staff were friendly, and communication was good, they managed my expectations well and gave instructions in the event of a late check-in. Hotel's location means short walks for buses, but a 10-15min walk to the nearest supermarket, though there are a few convenience stores

The cafe attached had wonderful menu with healthy options for all day dining. We had a kitchen in our room. The kitchen had all the basics. The rooms are older style but nice, neat and clean. House cleaning was good and very helpful
