- Welcome to this modern and stylish apartment located on the second floor of a light and bright complex. With a total of 10 apartments, this clean and tidy complex offers a contemporary living experience.

- As you arrive, you'll have the convenience of one allocated parking bay located in the communal undercover complex parking. From there, it's just a short walk up two flights of stairs (21 steps in total) to access your apartment on the second floor.

- Inside, you'll find a comfortable and well-appointed space.

- Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, a chest of drawers, a lamp, and a double robe for your storage needs. A ceiling fan adds to your comfort. Meanwhile, bedroom 2 offers two single beds with bedside tables and lamps to both beds, as well as a double mirrored robe and a ceiling fan.

- The modern bathroom boasts a refreshing shower with a rainfall shower head, a toilet, a large wall-mounted mirror with a sink/vanity, and cupboards below for your belongings.

- Additionally, there's a laundry nook equipped with an LG front loader washing machine, a trough with cupboard space, and a variety of cleaning items.

- The heart of the apartment is the open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The lounge space is inviting and cozy, featuring a wall-mounted smart TV, a coffee table, a floor lamp, a floor rug for added warmth, and a comfortable four-seater sofa. - The apartment is located in a modern complex comprising of 10 apartments so there might be some noise that may travel between apartments.

- You will be required to access the apartment on the second floor - there are 21 steps in total you will need to walk up to access the apartment and back down to access the street. We do not offer a baggage delivery service and there is no onsite lifts.
‱ BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately.
