Inside the Residence "Sant'Elena" equipped with a swimming pool, a few steps from the lake, an apartment located on the ground floor for a family or group vacation for up to 4 people.The apartment, with Wi-Fi Internet connection included, welcomes guests with the bright living room, consisting of sofa, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle , juicer, coffee maker and toaster. French doors lead to a private balcony, furnished with a dining table and chairs, from which to enjoy a view of the Residence's garden. The apartment continues with the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a closet, the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a closet. Completing the apartment is the bathroom with with shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet. Guests can easily park their cars in the covered parking place inside the Residence. *The pool is seasonal and can be used from May to September. Use of swimming cap may be required.*Pets are not allowed. Peschiera also offers marvelous lidos and amusement parks such as the world-famous "Gardaland," easily reached in 20 minutes by shuttle from the Peschiera train station, otherwise in only 10 minutes by car. The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is less than 30 minutes away by car.
