We are enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn Petaluma. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, the room was clean and well maintained, beds comfortable, and breakfast was substantial with plenty of options. We would definitely stay again!

The disabled room I booked online (with photos of accessible shower) they wanted to give us was on the 2nd floor. No elevator. How's that supposed to work? Then they moved us to a smaller room on the ground floor, with only one bed instead of two. The room smelled like urine, especially the carpet on one side. Everyone in our family was grossed out. Otherwise it was fine.

They had a free upgrade available, that was lovely. The staff is top notch, very friendly and helpful. The shower had good pressure and heat. The beds were nice medium firm. The area around has nice walkable redwoods in an office park. The breakfast was actually disappointing in options.
