Clean room. Attractive lobby. Affordable. Rooms well put together. Only issue was the staff. Very Rude. Not friendly. Only 1 (thank God for her) late night shift employee was a God Send. She will be the one to keep them in business. Fire the rest of the staff.

The worst stay I’ve ever had. As an employee in the hospitality business I’m embarrassed. My boyfriend even opened the back of the house door and yelled but nobody answered. We came to check in and waited 10 minutes with no sign of anyone in the lobby. Finally off the elevator comes the front desk agent and then shortly after what looked like a security guard. No greeting, no apology just asked for my ID and CC with the spill about a cc hold. She Gave me the key with no direction to the elevator. Still no apology, no have a great stay. It just wasn’t what I expect from a Marriott. The fixtures and decor is showing wear and tear. We go down to check out the pool it was hot with no air circulation and it smells like mildew (not chlorine) with a humidifier running and draining into the courtyard. We did not get in for fear of catching something.

For starters, the water took over 45 minutes to warm up just for it to be lukewarm. Secondly my vehicle was broken into and I was told to fill out some paperwork. The parking lot is lit up at night but there’s not security footage or nothing for three different hotels.

It was a great experience at the aloft! Check-in was real smooth and simple. The lady at the front desk was so nice. She made it real easy and painless. The room was nice. Everything was clean. The lobby waiting area was also clean and presentable. The bar area was nice. We didn’t get to enjoy, but it was real real nice! We didn’t really get to enjoy the stay for as long as we wanted cause we had an early flight, but it was awesome while we were there. The shuttle was so convenient to the airport. They ran about every 20 minutes, which was nice. We didn’t have to get a lift to the airport. Overall, the stay was 10 out of 10! I will be staying here for my future stays in Philly! Go birds!

Lovely establishment and friendly staff, but my room on the 1st floor, next to the entrance door, was not that great. I kept hearing doors all night, doors slamming shut from guests leaving, and the noise level was very "echoing". I wish I was on a different floor but it was too late to change or ask for a different room.

Room was clean but updates and maintenance are needed. The thermostat did not work, no big deal we controlled it from the unit but the unit is outdated and very loud. The bar to hang clothes in the “closet” was broken off the wall on one side, still working condition but was scared to put to much weight in case it collapsed. One thing I really did not like was the sliding door to the bathroom. There was really no privacy.
