Great service and nice hotel , would stay again. Only feedback would to have more umbrellas for shade. So many people were fighting for shades chairs it became a bit chaotic and we saw a few fights. A minor point for our overall visit, but something this hotel should bring. UMBRELLAS!

Property is very clean and there’s so much to do. Great for families with kids and for adults without children since they have adults only pools. Buffet food is good, definitely recommend making reservations for a la carte restaurants. Tokyo at the Maya Mall is great! There was a lot of seaweed and outside of their control. They did clean up as much as possible every morning though.

Great property The only problem is in buffet areas leading to outdoor dining Saw several people slide and a couple fall when entering inside dining area There should be a carpet or some abrasive material to help stop the potential falls

The property is absolutely amazing. All the beautiful large pools are close to the beach so it feels like you’re on the beach all the time the buffets are close to the pools. They have swim bars and every pool and the place is always kept totally clean and neat and the Services is impeccable
