Well kept. Very good overall. However, the front desk check in is not efficient. Take way too long. Similar experience in June stay. For example, the clearing crew should update completion on a computer, so front desk staff does not have to call. These inefficiencies are due to lack of good management and effective software.

The staff was absolutely amazing. I love that we had the premium experience so we had our own premium lounge to check in and really good service by everyone. Other than an extra really small bottle of sparkling champagne in the room, though there weren’t really many perks of this option. We enjoyed the oceanfront bedroom. It was super spacious bathroom and shower. We’re a good size. The pools are awesome. The staff was awesome. Lots of dining options. No complaints I would travel here again.

Expedia Gold member. We were told there was no availability on room upgrades even though property was at 25 percent occupancy. Told us to check back next day and said same thing Didn’t receive any privilege benefits like in past. Shuttle was absolutely horrible and buffets were not restocked as well. Grounds are beautiful and a la carte restaurant were delicious. Bar tenders were great. Pool entertainment staff was always there to have activities throughout day

The hotel is very very big and you have to walk alot. Once you arrive the dont take you to your room. They tell you go left go right and figure it out. The food is bad. Not to much to choose from. I feel it was an amazing hotel but it could have been ran better. I never make a review but had to do it. Josua nunez was amazing!!!! He was a waiter good guy.
