Hotel needs an upgrade. Clean but rugs are old. Doors slam very hard, no sleeping. Staff very nice. Close to all.

Room was nice. Walking distance to the mall. Friendly staff. My only complaint would be that you can hear everything outside your room. Was hearing people talk and slamming doors.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean comfortable room. Temperature a bit warm in the room and you aren’t able to control the fan or make the room cooler.

My Husband and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for two nights. The location is great. It's surrounded by restaurants and shoppes. Both the room and facilities were clean. The property is well cared for and it was nice and quiet. Friendly and attentive staff, along with a solid breakfast buffet topped it off. We will definitely be returning.

Posted Feb. 19, 2024 on HotelsThe bed linen had holes. The non-smoking room was filled with smell of tobacco. The carpet was stained. There was feces stains on bed sheets.
