Hi, The staff were very good when trying to address my issue related to not having heat in my room, 1228. I moved my large amount of luggage to another room 1203 only to find out that this room didn’t have heat either. Their very nice mechanic came x2, thinking it was the boiler. He said anywhere they move me would be the same situation, front desk suggested I move to a different floor. After some time I was brought a small heater and blankets which was wonderful. The concern is the no heat & having to move rooms .

Amazing stay
Posted Feb. 2, 2024 on HotelsThis hotel was so nice and clean. My bed was so comfortable and the staff was amazing, starting with sweet mr. James on the shuttle. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great airport hotel
Posted Feb. 1, 2024 on HotelsWe always stay here before flying out of PHL. The staff is so friendly, bar/restaurant is good, and we love the shuttle drivers. Pam is such a joy early in the morning!
