This Hotel is close to plenty of shopping and food options. It is close to everything you could need including the third-largest mall in America and an outlet. I found it to be perfect for a weekend stay while in town for a festival. Staff was very friendly and the room was huge.

So bad service!

When I bought beer and asked the front desk staff for a bottle opener, a young employee tried to lend it to me, but a senior employee took it back, saying that there was only one bottle opener in the hotel and that he could not lend it to the room. Even if I offered to use it for just an hour, he refused. I have traveled to hotels in many countries around the world, but this was my first time experiencing such a situation, and it was so absurd.
