Toilet was not clean. No coffee in room so I had to go downstairs to get it from the front desk. TV remote didn't work. One battery was in backwards, and after I fixed that it worked to turn TV on but would only change channels sporadically.

Cleanliness is an issue... mildew on shower curtain, used q-tip in bathroom, and stains and smudges all over. There were other issues but nearly as bothersome as the lack of cleanliness.

Rugs needed vaccumed, but overall not bad. Tub, sheets, towels and surfaces were clean. Staff is super nice. Area is a bit sketchy if traveling alone. Some strange male individuals were at lobby acting suspicious. I felt uneasy, so got extra security for door.

The room was run down and dirty. ( stained sheets/pillow case, hairs all over the bathroom, broken toilet seat, used toothpick on a chair, only one of 5 cardboard cups in the room was wrapped in plastic……..). The breakfast was disgusting, looked like it had been sitting out for 3 days. Gave the hotel a second chance, it was just as bad. Definitely would not recommend!!!!

We booked a two day stay but had to cut it short by a day, after our first night. It started small, with the room, having a bad smell, and then the TV remote didn’t work. The remote was easy to fix, however, we soon discovered that the showerhead in our room was broken. On top of that, the room turned out to be dirty. Our room was close to the lobby, so it was very noisy with staff talking loudly through the night. Then, a delivery truck arrive around 6 AM and was running his engine just outside of our room. This turned out to be a food delivery truck because they didn’t have enough food for breakfast. Breakfast was served late, and was a bad quality. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and the staff didn’t seem to care about fixing it. We found it was easier just to cancel our second night and go elsewhere. I definitely would not recommend this place to others.

This hotel took a bit to check in as I waited for a few minutes to be greeted. Despite the listing stating “We have complimentary on-site parking during the duration of your stay.”, parking costs $10. The room was decently clean but one of the lights didn’t work, the bathroom fan didn’t work, the body wash was empty, the tub didn’t look recently cleaned, and the sheets were incredibly thin so bring your jacket if you get cold easily. The hotel is in a safe area and breakfast was your typical eggs, sausage, cereal. It wasn’t a bad stay but we would not revisit.
