This is the place to stay in Philipsburg. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The staff were incredible, always greeting us with a smile. The front desk helped call us a taxi service, and they were very reasonable. The food and drinks at the restaurant were exceptional. The beach and sunsets were spectacular. I would definitely choose this place again.

I enjoyed my stay at Holland House! I stayed 4 nights. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The front desk check in process was easy and they were helpful with providing excursion information and arranging cabs when needed. I most enjoyed the bar staff & on-site beachfront restaurant. The room was clean and standard but not with the best view. There is a boardwalk with food & drink options just steps from the beach but EVERYTHING closes daily no later than 5pm. I spent a lot of time paying for cabs to visit other areas of the island. Holland House is located in a semi-quiet part of the Dutch side and great for couples or solo travelers!

The hotel and staff are great! On this side of the island (Dutch side) there are limited restaurants. The hotel restaurant is very good, but the menu options are very limited if you are staying for a week's time. The hotel breakfast is a must! The bar staff are the best! When passengers from the cruise ships debark, the beach becomes crowded.

Perfect hotel. Right in the center of the Main Street on the entire island. I recommend staying here. Everything is walkable. Ferry is a 5 min walk which goes to St Barth. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great shower and AC. Parking is 100 feet away. Staff tells u when u pull up to the hotel where to park.

Decent hotel. Pros: the breakfast was incredible. The area and hotel felt very safe. Beach was incredible, good chairs/umbrella. Good location for Philipsburg, very quite location compared to the rest of the island. Lots of shops closed. Cons: Could hear everything from the hallways. Had a faint weed smell on the first floor at all times. AC unit was spitting water all over the place for the whole stay (placed towels on the ground to soak it up). Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable (incl. Pillows) for a luxury hotel. Service was iffy, some were great, and some were just having a bad day. Beach captain Forbes was incredible. The bar tenders were mostly good too (one bad), shout out Terry and Flora, they were incredible.

My husband and I spent our anniversary at Holland House and absolutely loved our stay. The hotel has a charming outdoor atmosphere, and our room was clean with a beautiful ocean view. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful. The staff were welcoming and incredibly pleasant, which made our stay even more special. Although we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, we did enjoy dinner one evening, which was delicious and made even better by the lovely live music. We truly had a wonderful experience and would love to stay here again.

I loved the morning front desk staff (I wish I remembered her name). She was knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. The food at the restaurant was delish and the atmosphere was a combination of vacation and corporate. Its like the ideal place for a business lunch even though I was not there on business 😀. Highly recommend.
