This hotel is way too close to the entertainment district. Our hotel room walls were vibrating from the extremely loud bass of the music at nearby bars until well past 2am. When I went down to the main lobby to complain, I was met with rude staff members essentially blaming me for picking a hotel this close to the entertainment district. They took almost no accountability. There were 2 other couples complaining in the lobby at the same time as well. I am attaching a picture of the note left in every room at checkin from their GM offering USB noise makers, one pair of earbuds, and calming tea, as if any of that would get close to getting you through a night at this hotel.
This hotel should have been more clear in communications they were sending prior to checkin about the amount of noise and vibrations experienced nightly at this hotel. I have never stayed at a louder hotel in my life, and I have stayed at multiples in Las Vegas.
I expected a lot better from a Marriott branded hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again and would really caution anyone with any bit of sleeping issues to stay clear of this hotel.
