Beautiful large one level home with private unheated pool, fully equipped kitchen, large master bedroom with King bed, tv and view of the pool and back yard. Master bath has double sinks, separate glass shower and soaking Roman tub as well as large walk-in closet. Two additional guest rooms have queen size beds. Guest bath has tub and shower along with double sinks. Living room has Lazy-boy reclining sectional, large TV and is adjacent to anopen space with a pool table. Kitchen has granite countertops, fully equipped with modern appliances, bar stools and pantry. Formal dining room, laundry room, 3/4 bath
Powder room and additional sitting room complete the interior of the home. The backyard has a swimming pool, retractable power awning , covered patio, dining table & chairs as well as chaise lounges. Backyard is fenced and overlooks green belt area.
Paved walking/biking trails access close to the house. Grocery Stores, shops and restaurants close by. Lake Pleasant is a 15 minute drive away. Arrowhead mall & Peoria Sports complex approximately 20 minutes away.
