I did not like having to pay an extra $41 for valet parking. I did not know they didn't have a parking lot available for free until after I booked. Also, Travelocity was $9 more than the hotel's site. And no pool or hot tub. The room was $188 with tax and then an extra $41 for parking. So a total of $229 and it didn't have a pool or hot tub OR continental breakfast. Other than that, it was a very nice room and hotel and friendly staff. Just disappointing at all the extra charges. It was convenient to the hospital where my husband is staying.

No parking, we had to find a spot on the street. We didn’t have enough towels from the start, we had to call to get some more. Our TV didn’t work on the first day, the kids couldn’t watch TV and was fixed on the second day. Overall we didn’t like it. Definitely will consider another hotel when in the area.

Service was Very Warm Welcoming, The evening offered Top Roof drinks food & great music. The Sky Light was so pretty from the Top… Room were very comfortable and clean

The room I stayed in needs to be checked. I booked the king corner suite & neither tv’s worked, The LED bathroom mirror lights also did not work & that was the main reason I booked this hotel was because of that. The right side light of the headboard did not work. I really liked the view from the corner but the room itself needs to be checked. I wish I had a better room.
