This was a great hotel. We were there for my wife’s college graduation with our family. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The staff had great attitudes and were very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Water was being turned off at 10pm and only restored at 5am. Even though I was told that because of that parking would be at half pricing, I was still changed in full on my way out. Had to reach the front desk and review it. Breakfast was good, but the tables were dirty. Not crazy bad, but had much higher expectations when I booked. Definately will look for other option on my next trip to Phoenix.

Property did not had water during the night. Had to move to another hotel

Disappointed stay in a normally pleasant hotel

Love this hotel and stay here annually. This visit wasn’t as good as others. Parking is quite expensive, free drinks included with stay are terrible options, staff not as friendly, restaurant food wasn’t great. Convenient location for us. Expensive stay.
