Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms. This doesn't mean this home isn't suited for larger groups, we just ask that quiet hours are respected.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.



Property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera to monitor REAL occupany and for emergency use.



Properties may include a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
