The lady at check in was very friendly. Stains on pillow cases, blanket and shower curtain were very dirty. The brand new looking paint on the outside of the building made me feel as if the inside would match, it did not. The inside hallways and room looked very used, worn and dirty. Walking up to the only entrance and exit were 3-4 undesirable looking men smoking and spitting on the sidewalk, I had to dodge stepping on the spit land mines. If it wasn’t for the excellent, friendly check in lady, I may have turned away and went somewhere else. Place inside needs to be rehabbed.

Room was clean except we didn’t have tissue or hand soap in our bathroom the room has a modern update compared to another extended stay I stayed in no complaints the price was right for a one night stay! Staff was polite!

This is not really a hotel, but a place where individuals can live daily, weekly or monthly. The rooms are set up like a miniature studio apartment. Very small. The people staying here are sketchy. There are people in the parking lot all hours of the day and night drinking and smoking. We honestly thought our car would not be in the parking lot the next morning. The front office closes very early and opens late the next day so if you need anything, you are out of luck. The towels in the room were stained. When we pulled down the blanket to the bed, there was hair in the bed. We ended up sleeping on top of the blankets and put our t-shirts over the pillows. Clearly, the sheets had not been changed. I would not recommend this place at all, it's disgusting. A very gross establishment that should be condemned.

The location is very unsafe. Access to the parking from the street is really inconvenient.

The room,elevators and the room smelled weird almost like cigarettes it bad and the tube was dirty too
