A Well-Appointed Home
Posted Mar. 24, 2024 on HomeAwayProbably the nicest home we have ever rented. What made it so nice? Here goes, in no particular order:
1. Phenomenal book of detailed, pictured instructions on how to operate EVERYTHING related to the house.
2. Clean, modern, newer appliances.
3. Comfy beds.
4. Soooooo many unexpected extras: Blender, hot air popcorn popper, crock pot, spices, oils, K-cup AND pot coffee makers, beach towels, bunches of throw blankets, foil & saran wrap, gas grill, and on-and-on!
5. Beautiful weather + Beautiful patio = A super spot for outdoor yoga and tabata workouts. (I've never been so inspired to get my exercise in on vacation!)
6. A perfect location to get to/from Goodyear Ballpark for spring training games.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Thanks for having us.

Posted Feb. 26, 2024 on HomeAwayMy family traveled to Arizona from Minnesota, Texas, Montana and California for our sister’s 87th birthday celebration. I shared the house with one of my brothers and his wife. I was so impressed with the house that I invited several family members to see it. Many of them have never rented through VRBO, and were surprised at how nice it was, and even more surprised at the reasonable rate compared with the cost of a hotel room. This house had everything we needed. The only thing we had a problem with was the coffee machine but thankfully there was also a keurig. Loved the layout of the house. Having the bedrooms on separate wings made it exceptionally private. The beds were very comfortable, as was the living room and patio furniture. I will absolutely want to book this house again next time I’m in the area!

Good Time In Goodyear
Posted May 3, 2023 on HomeAwayOne of the nicest places we have stayed in. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were spacious and comfy. Bathrooms neat and clean. Living room/dining room felt like home. Pool area was a great place to relax. We also enjoyed watching the jets from Luke Air Base while at the pool. Just a nice place to stay.

You will feel safe

the pool needs a heater for the 50-65 degree weather we had. In Phoenix. in March.
we arrived at 10 from Ohio, but couldnt check in until after 2 or 3. the book says 4pm so...
great rooms, great kitchen, electric stoves are the worst.
great refrig and washer/dryer. no on street parking was just a suggestion for the rest of the cars on the block.

-We've never had feedback like this before, but we're sorry if the neighbor's dog affected your stay. Unfortunately, like the HOA parking rules, it's out of our control. Overnight street parking is not allowed per the HOA rule, but we do have two spots in our driveway available to our guests.
-While we're sorry that you could not enjoy the pool during your stay, we do make it noted on our listing that the pool is unheated. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs.
-Check-in is at 4:00 pm and our property manager makes sure to communicate this to all our guests. Early check-in requests are always a possibility on a case-by-case basis.
While we regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, we truly go above and beyond for our guests and we're confident that future guests will have excellent stays!"
