Amazing stay at an absolutely beatiful home. The house set-up is perfect for families, and both indoor and outdoor areas are well thought out and we enjoyed both. They even left a bowl of fresh fruit pick from the property for us to enjoy, what a nice touch. Communication by Lestia was quick and though we never had any issues, she was reaching out to make sure we did not. We could not have picked a better home for our stay and we will be coming back.

60th Birthday Trip

My family rented this house for my Mom’s 60th Birthday celebration. We had 7 adults and a 6 month old, and the house had everything we could need! We grew up visiting my grandparents in this neighborhood, so we were very excited to be able to stay on the Wigwam golf course and make new memories! Lestia was very responsive and welcoming. The house was extremely clean, cozy, and again had everything we needed for our stay. Lestia had thought of everything! We would definitely love to come back!

A great vacation

Our whole family said it was the best house we ever stayed in. Plenty of room, great kitchen with spices and enough plates, glasses and cooking equipment for our family of 11. Wish pool was heated but we braved it the last day. Owner was very helpful. Near lots of restaurants and ballparks.

We really enjoyed our stay in Litchfield Park on the Wigwam golf course. The home was accurate to the listing. It was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home.

Clean Spacious and Fun

Tucked away in a peaceful spot of the Wigwam golf course. This house is very clean, spacious, and private. The pool and hot tub were perfect for entertaining and R&R. Perfect communication with the host. Will be interested in booking again.

Litchfield Villa

This property is immaculate and was a great place to stay. We had 10 adults and it was extremely comfortable. With the way the rooms are spread out it didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. At times pictures on VRBO tell a different story than what you see upon arrival. That was not the case with the Litchfield Villa. it's everything you see and more!!

Perfect.

My team of college students & I were in Litchfield Park for a golf tournament & this house was perfect. There were 7 of us in total & nobody needed to share a bed, there was so much space to study, play board games (there are some great ones in the house) and relax. We loved using the hot tub & drinking coffee in the morning in the back yard next to the pool. The host was very easy to communicate with & extremely accommodating. It is an ideal house for a large group & I can’t recommend it more. We had a wonderful time!

Gorgeous home, super spacious for a group of 10. Backyard was beautiful and home was clean. Fantastic communication with the owners, super helpful and responds immediately to any questions. 100% would stay here again when we come back to the Phoenix area.

Wonderful home

This was the perfect home for our trip. The location, size, cleanliness, number of beds and bathrooms, house layout were actually what we were looking for and got. Lestia, home owner, was so easy to work with and was excellent in communicating with us prior to, during and after our stay. We definitely will look to stay here again in the future.

Great time in PHX for MLK weekend

We had a fantastic long weekend at a great house! Everything was great for our group of Parents and Teens. The Backyard features are first class and everything about this weekend was great. Host was very responsive on a few small questions that we had. Would absolutely stay again!

Great house!

This home was beautiful, clean and roomy. Only a 25 minute drive to Phoenix Raceway. Hot tub was in great shape. Pool looked great too but it’s not heated (but my kids still jumped in during our November stay!) The home borders the Wigwam resort which we were able to enter (with a pass) in order to use their heated pool which my kids loved because of the water slides! Lestia was an extremely accommodating host who maintained excellent communication with us. Two thumbs up!!

Home and host exceeded our expectations!

Highly recommend this place! Great location for everything we wanted. We Ubered to the Cardinals Stadium area in under 10 minutes. Golf at the Wigwam was fun- especially being able to hop off the course and grab a snack at the 10th Tee! The home is luxurious so we felt like we were staying someplace special while at the same time, it was comfortable, spacious and relaxing. The kitchen and baths had lots of upgraded amenities which was very nice. We had everything we needed to make a large dinner for everyone at the house and enjoyed it all poolside while the kids swam. The host let us know we were her first guests and went over and above to make sure we had a top notch experience. She and her home did not disappoint! We will definitely be back for some upcoming events and don’t plan on staying anywhere else! 5 stars!
