The staff was great!!! We had booked 5 nights at a different hotel and when we arrived at 2 am it was dirty, and didn't feel safe. The Home2Suites /Garden Inn staff was able to get us in and even got us checked in early so we could relax after the terrible night.

We had to ask after being there for 3 full days (going on 4) for housekeeping to come in and change bedding and give more towels. Front desk was very nice along with kitchen staff during the continental breakfast. However, the hot items on the breakfast weren’t good and were barely warm.
