Did not stay there. The room smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom door was smashed and the place area did not feel safe. I requested near the airport which it was not. I would like a refund!

It's cheap for a reason. There's no daily room cleaning and it was difficult to get any service. The toilet was broken.

This hotel was an absolute catfish. Upon entering the property there are a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot. Also, the room was absolutely disgusting. Appears this place is used as short term rentals/efficiencies. Wish I could add photos of our room. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Left 5 minutes into check-in.

Check in clerk was awesome but room was in need of many repairs. Microwave gross, cabinet doors falling apart, shower curtain dirty, and roaches!

A true dump

I literally checked in 38 mins ago and i do not wish these disgusting unlivable conditions on anyone I walked into a filthy room that liturally smelled like somebody was just staying in it as it reeked like if somebody just finished using the restroom(#2) and heavy cigarette smell Roaches crawling on walls and bathroom trash was left throughout the unit McDonald's bag full of trash a dope bag a needle cap a and a burnt cigarette still sitting on the broken ac/heater the blankets were dirty and oil stained all over cobwebs and heavy amounts if dust build up horrible horrible 41 mins now I've been here I went and found the house keeping lady and let her know and showed her the photos but she was obviously not concerned I want all my money back for this booking as I'll be leaving ASAP I left the friendly gal at the office know and showed her the photos as well and contacted booking I wasn't here a full hour and I had to abandon ship I was so grossed out Their photos for this property are very very very very desiving and they should really upload what the place is really like

WHAT a DUMP! Since they took a $100 security deposit, the first thing I did was photograph all the damage in the room. Holes in the walls, dents in the doors, chips & burns in the countertops, cracked caulking, you name it. It took 10 minutes and about 30 photos to record it all - just in case they tried to say I did some kind of damage. The only thing in the room that WASN'T damaged was the TV and night stand. There was an 8" spot in the tub that had rusted and been "repaired" with that ceramic chip repair paint. Then there was the issue of roaches. I saw and photographed 2 full-sized adult roaches and 3 little ones. When I got out of the shower I made the mistake of walking around the room barefoot - and I discovered the floors were filthy. The flooring color hid the dirt well - but the bottoms of my feet were almost black after just a couple of minutes walking around. At least the linens looked clean (I checked VERY closely for signs of bedbugs and thankfully there weren't any). The bed itself was comfortable, so at least there was that. There were no dishes, silverware, or even glasses in the kitchenette - which seems odd. There was no icemaker anywhere in the whole place. The staff were friendly and helpful enough, and the area around the hotel was nice. Overall this was the WORST place I have ever stayed. If I hadn't been so exhausted after 12 hours on the road I would have demanded a refund, checked out, and gone elsewhere.
