Very bad air conditioning, in Arizona it out air conditioning very horrible to stay . Two mini ac making only noise not getting cooling. Called front desk to change the room, they told that rooms are sold out!!! See this two bed edge. Hurts my leg with this 👎

Rooms were dirty when arrived. Placed at a different hotel did not get our rooms till later the next day. Bed was broken so it sank in the middle.

Room was clean comfy and quiet. Breakfast was missing the waffle cooking option. Rose at breakfast area was wonderful and super attentive and kind. Charging $15 per night for parking was the only thing that wasn’t good.

the room was nice, it accommodated my group really well and it was a nice property but the staff just didn’t seem like they wanted to help when i had any questions or requests. this was also my first time booking a hotel for myself so when i asked about room service and they didn’t show up i was disappointed. and when room service finally came, we requested if they could come back in about an hour since we were all still getting ready in the room (6 of us) and all she replied with was “no, but do you want some towels” and only allowed us 3 even having a large group. so, our room didn’t get served once during our 3 night stay.

Very poor service. The property is old and not maintained well. Hilton breakfast is poor at best and repeated every day and they do not refill when the breakfast bar when food runs out. Hilton was not able to provide keys and the service staff is rude. They are charging for parking $15 / day, which is not reasonable in the locality where parking is plenty. They are out to get your money with no service.
