Largest Remodeled 2 bd+ 2 bath+ Loft Overlooking Pool, Gated, Tennis, Pickleball

One of the largest units in Point Tapatio. Fabulous two level, 1337 square foot condo with fantastic pool views. Unit includes 2 BR, 2 BA, Loft, and a 20 foot vaulted ceiling in the living room. This condo occupies the upper two floors of a 3 story complex, and is very quiet. Includes 3 patios with views of the pool, hot tub and mountains in the background. Everything is kept pristine and very clean.

The unit has been remodeled with granite counter-tops, new flooring, paint, new bedding, linens, accessories for the kitchen and new furniture. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 with a California king in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a trundle bed in the 2nd level loft that can be converted to two twin beds.

The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex features 3 pools, 3 spas, tennis and pickle ball and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7-mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Very nice super clean unit with lots of space in a beautiful gated community. Clean and fresh bedding and towels which is a stand-out feature that we really appreciate. First, the host and their communications were top shelf. Clear, concise check in/out instructions left nothing to question. The property and grounds are clean and well kept. The condo has a nice floorplan and has all of the needed amenities. Plenty of linens and having large pool towels for us was a nice touch. Wonderful stay

This was the perfect location for my family to stay while in Phoenix for Christmas. The condo was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and it was nice to be so close to North Mountain for a hike. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Phoenix.
