Beautiful home in sunny Glendale, Arizona! We are excited to welcome you to our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom 2350 sq. ft. home on the scenic Arrowhead Lakes, ready for your enjoyment! Complete with an inviting 2-person hot tub, shuffleboard table, private pool, and gorgeous view, this home is nestled in the beautiful Arrowhead Lakes community of Glendale Arizona. Close proximity to golf courses, Hurricane Harbor water park, AZ Cardinals Stadium, spring training baseball parks, and excellent restaurants. Additional perks of the home include two kayaks to take on the lake, WiFi, outdoor grill, Youtube streaming TV, Hulu, ESPN plus, and Netflix.

For the layout of the house, there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed in one room, 4 twin beds (bunk beds) in second room, and a king bed in the master bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and office desk. There is a 65" flat screen LG tv in the living room, and a 65" Samsung flat screen tv in the Master bedroom. Downstairs game room has an arcade style video game with over 7200 games with any game you can imagine.

Rarely is a home better than advertised, but this one really was. Tons of thoughtful extras for the kids - toys, books, humidifiers, and outside toys to name a few. We had a great time enjoying the back yard as much as possible!

Family Home

House was a great family home for our Thanksgiving vacation. Located a few minutes to our son’s new apartment in Glendale. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen for meals. We enjoyed comfortable couch. We played shuffleboard & swam. Loved 3 bathrooms! Highly recommend!

Perfect location and beautiful place

Our family feels so blessed to have the opportunity to stay here. The couple was amazing with answering any questions and concerns about our stay. Excellent Find!

This is a beautiful home! Plenty of amenities and extras that made our stay easy. The beds were comfortable too! Even the pull out sofa bed was great. Lots of towels for the pool, pool toys, kayaks, fishing poles, toys for the kids, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, extra pillows, and lots of games made our stay feel like a home away from home. Communication with the property owner was always prompt as well. We were here with our cousins and their kids for a funeral and this place was just what we needed to make a difficult time better for everyone. Thank you!

FUN AND COZY FOR ALL

BEST property ever! We booked this place and from the second we checked in we were so happy that we found this place. Super clean, roomy, and tons of amenities. We had teenagers who loved fishing in the backyard. Our kids bonded over all the board games and videogames that the house provided. I was impressed by the "extras" it had like the Keurig pods and detergent and quality towels and washcloths. The beds were extremely comfortable and I'm very picky. The property was extremely clean and the welcome binder had all of the instructions that we needed, we didn't have to ask the owner for any questions, it was all so easy. We will book this place the next time. We all highly recommend. Parent and teenager approved. (we were in town for a baseball tournament)
