- This 10-unit-cozy and inviting apartment is the perfect place to call home during your stay. With its modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, you`ll have everything you need to feel right at home. The apartment features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is tastefully appointed and features a shower and all the essentials you`ll need. With its convenient location, you`ll have easy access to local shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Book now for a memorable and comfortable stay!

- PETS: We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs or replacements.

- PARKING: Street parking only. Street parking is available, please keep in mind that parking spots may be limited in the downtown area.

- Our neighbor has a few parking spots available and offers a permit for just $10 a day and should be availed the entire stay. Please let us know in advance of your arrival.

- FIREPLACE: Please do NOT use it for safety purposes.

- NO elevator. Stairs only.

- Apartments will be similarly decorated. Colors for curtains and sofas may be different.

- You must go up a few steps to reach the units on the first floor and another 14 steps to reach the second floor.

- For the pull-out queen bed: Get the mattress cover from the closet and place it on the sofa bed. The rest of the linens are in the closet. Guest can use them.

This unit is on the first floor, but you will have to go up several steps to get to first floor. Guests can access the whole Unit # 1.

- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit If your stay is from December to February. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.

- Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.

Work trip

I absolutely loved this little one bedroom apartment. The building is historic in itself and the area is super cute. The apartment was perfect for me , reminded me of my home back in Los Angeles. Very cozy and I loved cooking in that kitchen every night. And the washer / dryer was a life saver ! One this I would say it is an old building so you’ll hear everything going on upstairs if you’re on the first floor but everyone was pretty respectful . Will definitely come back !!

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Listing and Poor Service I reserved what was advertised as a two-room apartment, but upon arrival, I was given a one-room unit. When I contacted AZ Getaway Rental about the discrepancy, they refused to issue any type of refund. Despite reaching out multiple times for a partial refund, my emails were completely ignored. The unit itself was in poor condition. It was not clean, and I was disappointed to discover that their rental operating permit was expired. The TV and stove were cracked. The TV was not working at all. No one was sent to address the issue until the following day. In addition, there were no cookware utensils provided, making the stay even more inconvenient. I ended up having to sleep on a squeaky sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable. Overall, this experience ruined what was supposed to be a restful vacation. I would not recommend booking with this host.
Rental permit expired in March.
Kitchen had a crack.
TV had a crack and  was not working.
