I first was put in a room that somebody had just gotten out of… the door was open and the room smelled of smoke.. the towels had hair on it and the phone didn’t work…so I asked for another room…the next room was ok but as a housekeeper myself they need to do better with the cleaning and presentation…also the security guard was very rude I had two reservations because I showed up early the night before my 3 nights booked reservation…the next day a housekeeper came to my room I told her I’m staying and she said you need to call front desk…so I did and front desk said just come with my I’d and key and I’m good I did that and came back to my room…a little later a loud bang was on my door it was the security guard he said get out of this room now I said why he said you need to leave and then said if I don’t open my door he was gonna come in…I didn’t open it and told him everything is taken care of and my room is payed for and to confirm with front desk he refused to listen and tried to bust open my door..thank goodness I had the latch on…he then told me to open the door or he is going to call the police and he did call the police so I called front desk and they said something to him over a radio and he left he didn’t even apologize….very poor service at this motel I will never go back

Everything was good except the elevator looked a bit scary and someone had urinated in there.

Lots of criminal activity..scared seeing other tenets with guns, shooting 3am
