hiking dog parks, bear desert ridge, biking , massage chair, city mtn view, 2 car garage , need lease for 3-6 months mo to month will send it prior to booking , need renters insurance, must pay in full. insurance we cover maid service once a month you must put utilities in your name anything over 300.00 a month is your responsibility. World class water filtration system, furnished community pool with a view community trash is 90 feet from the unit 2 car garage and one small call in front of garage maybe one visator spot. 3 balconies, gas stove staineless refrigerator
