This beautiful Executive, North/South exposure is located in quiet Palm Valley. A short walk to your own Private Park in this neighborhood. Beautiful furnished home over 3000 sq ft with lots of upgrades all on one level - heated pool & jetted spa with lights & water feature add to the ambiance, convenient gas BBQ under the covered back patio which leads to lush backyard - the ideal place to hang out under the fan while listening to the waterfall, also a private courtyard with fireplace is an entertainers delight! Large open gourmet kitchen fully equipped w/granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Jenn-Air 5 burner gas stove top, wall oven(s) kitchen island, breakfast nook, computer corner. Kitchen opens to a huge great room w/ gas fireplace, media center, 50 inch flat screen HDTV. 16 ft double sliding glass doors that leads to backyard.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes it ideal for guests or multiple family groups. Home is ideal for small family gatherings, reunions, golf/tennis vacations, quiet romantic getaways. Perfect location for Spring Training, Nascar, NFL, Wigwam Resort, Resturants & shopping are minutes away.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a King Size four post bed, granite tops on night stands & dresser, 50 in flat screen HDTV & DVD, separate door to the back patio, huge master bath with garden tub, his & her sinks, separate walk-in snail shower and extra large walk-in closet with sliding mirror doors.

The second bedroom suite has Queen Bed w/ 50 inch flat screen TV & DVD, with large master bath.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Goodyear Arizona! We went to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, tubed the salt river, went shopping in old town Scottsdale and enjoyed a few quiet days lounging by the pool in the beautiful hot sun. The host was very communicative, kind, and home was quiet, in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved it here.  The house itself is gorgeous and luxurious. Quiet area close to many amenities, shopping and restaurants we got to enjoy nearby.  Pool and spa was SO much fun for the family and much needed for all of us.  Host LeeAnn was super attentive and helpful to any questions and concerns.  Lovely host and lovely property.  Would highly recommend if you want a vacation in beautiful Arizona!

Beautiful Home and Pool

We have only great things to say about this property and host, LeeAnn. She communicated with us throughout our stay. We have no complaints. We had no issues checking in or out. We spent 4 days here with our friends, there was plenty of room to stretch out and the pool, even with the water temp in the 90’s (haha!) we enjoyed it everyday. A+

Trust me when I say; THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT

My family and I stayed at Medina Casa To celebrate my brother’s graduation. I was nervous about having my family together in one house since it’s been so long but when I tell you this house made all of us feel welcomed And super comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. I couldn’t have been more pleased. It’s as if everything was thought out to ensure that we had things that we need without even having to ask. Floaties for the pool, umbrellas for the shade, the washer and dryer and just the space overall was perfection . My brother’s graduation is what brought us together but staying at Medina. Casa gave us memories that were left last a lifetime. The great communication, easy check-in and location of the house made the trip phenomenal.
