We were looking for a quiet vacation spot to get some quality R&R and this property delivered! We enjoyed hiking each morning (walking distance to trails) and sitting by the pool each afternoon! It was a short car ride to any food/grocery we needed. Melissa was superb to work with! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Casita.

We enjoyed our stay at the Casita in North Phoenix. It is a beautiful property tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to a variety of amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was amazing. The casita was cozy and had everything we needed to cook simple meals and even do a little laundry. The pool was the highlight of our stay and such a welcome break from the cold and rainy Pacific Northwest winter. The mountains were a lovely backdrop. Melissa was a wonderful host. She was responsive to questions and even checked in midway through our 10 day stay to see if we needed anything.Truly a 100 out of 10 stay. We hope to return next winter.

Great location and place

Enjoyed my stay. Central location in a quiet neighborhood was convenient to everything. Casita had plenty of space for me, was well appointed and very clean. I didn’t need anything once I arrived. Much better than staying in a hotel!

Couples Get-Away

The property was perfect for husband and I. Located in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood close to hiking trails, it was just what we were looking for. The property was large, pool and hot tub were perfect. The casita itself had everything we needed for restful time away. Melissa was absolutely amazing and we would definitely return.

A beautiful getaway

Previous reviews were accurate…this property is a gem! Location is very good and the property is so private, located on a very lovely street which provides a great place for a walk. Melissa was wonderful, very helpful when we needed assistance with the TV service. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated. We loved the hot tub, it was too cool to use the pool. Loved our experience!

Amazing backyard and nice personal touches

Gorgeous backyard with nice clean pool and outdoor seating. Was even enjoyable watching a monsoon roll in. Host adds many personal touches to her casita including everything you could ever possibly need. Was really nice upon a late arrival receiving a gift basket with snacks. Would highly recommend.

Very Clean & Excellent Location

Melissa was an excellent host and very reponsive to whatever we needed. The casita is very clean and has many amenities such as Full kitchen, Outdoor grill, WIFI & Apple TV, Pool & Hot tub, Kuerig Coffee maker etc. We loved the location as it was centrally located to many of the places we visited in the area including a short 10 minute walk to many hiking trails (for all levels) at the Phoenix Mtn Reserve. Also, many excellent resturants in the area to enjoy. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider again if available on our next trip to Phoenix. Thank you again Melissa!

Perfection

Exactly as described doesn’t begin to explain this paradise! It was better than the description or the reviews could convey. The casita, pool, and quiet neighborhood provided what felt like a private resort - which is exactly what we needed for our anniversary. Thank you!!!!
