You will be less than five minutes away from world-class luxury resorts/spas and golf courses - The Royal Palms and The Phoenician, with shopping at the nearby Scottsdale Fashion Square or Biltmore Fashion Park.

The unit is strictly nonsmoking and there is a $500 fee per day for violations. Also, please park in the 3rd space. Any parking that blocks the garage will be subject to towing and incur a $250 daily fee.
