The facility & the staff were very nice. But for the price, we expected more. Only 1 of our room keys would ever work in our door. When trying to leave with our car, the ticket they gave us to scan to raise the gate wouldn't work, so we had to walk up to the front desk twice before we could get our car out. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. We were told that there was a shuttle to take us to Barrett Jackson, then we were told that we should just call an uber. There was no hot water in the shower in the morning, cold shower was not fun.

Stayed for Thanksgiving holiday, had connecting rooms with the kids, great space for a 5 days and close to central Scottsdale to visit family and walk the TPC courses. Don’t miss Toro and family friendly Draft Kings restaurants.

Old and gross

Super outdated. The outside is beautiful but once you're inside and walking down the halls and in your room everything is so old with stains. The showers water pressure was really back and forth as well as the water temperature. It felt like we were on a well. My window wouldn't close all the way and jets were landing at the Scottsdale Airport so it was very loud. Fire alarm woke us up early, thankfully it was resolved quickly but it was annoying. It was kind of a joke of a hotel. The staff was wonderful but it was just a show. Drinks were way overpriced. But the staff members were AMAZING!!
