I booked this room for my 79 year old mother. I was lied to during the booking process. This hotel claimed to offer an airport shuttle service but does not, therefore my mother was unable to stay here. The hotel refused to issue a refund. This is basic, straight-up false advertising.

Reservation and key fob systems down all day making it impossible to get key cards and check in. Service at bar was slow, very slow.

LOVED The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place seemed clean overall. WiFi was good. DISLIKED whirlpool tub was lukewarm and full of bugs. My shower didn't work but the maintenance guy was super nice and fixed it. However I hadn't yet noticed the loud sounds coming from the refrigerator. I didn't want to bother maintenance again so I simply turned the refrigerator off. This hotel seems like it was probably high end at one point but now everything is so old and weathered it needs some major remodeling, replacing furniture, replacing appliances, replacing curtains etc Also check in time is 3pm but they won't cover your airport taxi until 5pm. Cost me almost $40 in Uber one way.

Thank you for the detailed response Jessica. Our property is undergoing a massive renovation to modernize all areas of the property. Sadly, we have had delays as the remodel was hit by the supply chain issues, but you will enjoy the new rooms once they are all completed.We are looking to address the issues you raised to avoid any issues for other guests.

The hotel was clean and inviting. The room was clean and welcoming. Close to the airport, but remarkably quiet. Outside of the hotel needed to have the debris picked up. Had to leave extremely early so missed the free breakfast.
